You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

The cancellation window varies by product category:

• Books & Stationery: Can be canceled up to 12 hours after ordering
• School Wear: Can be canceled up to 6 hours after ordering
• Cosmetics: Can be canceled up to 4 hours after ordering

If your order is canceled successfully, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

In rare cases where we need to cancel your order due to unavailability or other issues, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund.

Garg Book Shop reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Garg Book Shop. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Requirement	Description
Correct Product	The product must match what was ordered - check title, author, size, color, etc.
Complete Product	All original accessories, freebies, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
Unused Condition	Products must be unused, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Undamaged Product	No scratches, dents, tears, or other damage to the product itself.
Original Packaging	The product's original packaging should be undamaged and included with the return.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

• All returns must be initiated within the specified return window for each category.
• To start a return, visit our store with your receipt or contact our customer service.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• For defective items, we will replace the product with the same item whenever possible.
• Sale items may have different return conditions - please check at time of purchase.
• Personalized items (such as engraved stationery or custom uniforms) cannot be returned unless defective.

Garg Book Shop reserves the right to limit returns from customers who abuse this policy.
